  1. 1) In any short story i believe that conflict is the most important element.
    2) i believe this is the most important element because it is interesting to see how the protagonist solves the conflict or how the conflict affects he/she. in a majority of the stories that i have read in my life time, the conflict is what made the story very inetresting sand made want to read it.

  2. I think plot is the most important element for any short story for many reasons. Without plot, a short story wouldn't even have a story. Stories without a plot wouldn't be entertaining because there won't be any characters to grow and develop, no beautiful settings to admire, and no conflict to make sense. A plot is essentially for any short story ever.

    1. i completely agree with this response because the plot is important in showing how the characters grow throughout the story.

    2. I liked that you chose to write about the plot of a story and then you explained why the plot is important in a story.

  3. The element that I consider the most important for any short story is the plot.A plot is a series of events and character actions that relate to the central conflict
I consider the plot the most important element because without a plot you don't have a story you just have a bunch of words. As stated in one of the websites it said that "a plot is casual sequence of events, the "why" for the things that happen in the story. The plot draws the reader into the character's lives and helps the reader understand the choices that the characters make".
ex:If an author writes "the king died and then the queen died" there is no plot for the story. But by writing "the king died then the queen died of grief " the writer has provided a plot line for the story.
